AI Developer with the following skills:

• We are seeking a highly hands-on AI Developer who builds, integrates, and operationalizes AI solutions within enterprise engineering environments.
• This role is strongly execution-focused, requiring deep involvement in coding, implementation, integration, and adoption of AI capabilities across development teams.
• The ideal candidate actively contributes production-grade code, enables AI-driven workflows, and ensures measurable improvements in developer productivity and business outcomes.
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end AI solutions from concept through production deployment.
• Actively contribute code, reusable components, and reference implementations alongside engineering teams.
• Develop and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP), model routing, orchestration, and lifecycle management for multi-model AI solutions.
• Build AI orchestration layers integrating models, tools, and services to enable scalable and reusable AI capabilities.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing engineering ecosystems, including Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Embed AI workflows into standard SDLC practices to drive adoption across development teams.
• Track and report measurable outcomes such as developer productivity, quality improvements, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Platform, and DevOps teams to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable AI implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Java TypeScript Experience with GitHub Copilot, Playwright, or Cursor.
• AI Good-to-Have Skills AWS, Terraform, or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools Amazon Bedrock (Claude), SageMaker, Kendra Agentic frameworks, MCP Required Qualifications Proven experience as an AI Developer or Senior AI Engineer delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
• Strong hands-on development experience in Python and Java.
• Demonstrated ability to build and implement production-ready AI solutions beyond prototypes or PoCs.
• Experience developing model orchestration, routing, and control frameworks (MCP). Experience integrating AI solutions with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, SDLC, and DevOps.
• Ability to translate high-level AI use cases into working code and actionable implementations for engineering teams.
