Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Omada IGA Implementation Lead to lead the end-to-end implementation of the Omada Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering Omada implementations, including solution design, application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Omada IGA platform.
• Design and implement Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes.
• Configure RBAC, access requests, approvals, certifications, and provisioning workflows.
• Integrate enterprise applications, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, HR systems, and target applications.
• Develop custom connectors and workflows where required.
• Collaborate with business and security stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform deployment, testing, migration, and production support.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and audit requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor project team members.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IAM/IGA experience.
• Hands-on experience leading multiple Omada IGA implementations.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, SSO, MFA, SCIM, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
