SAP ABAP Developer / Technical Consultant (S/4HANA)

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer / Technical Consultant to design, develop, and support enterprise SAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes. This role requires strong hands-on development expertise, the ability to work independently, and close collaboration with business analysts, technical leads, and customers in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business analysts and technical leads to ensure project plans, designs, and development activities are accurate and complete
Write detailed technical designs and developer specifications aligned with business requirements and development standards
Develop, customize, and enhance SAP applications, including third-party off-the-shelf solutions
Perform complex hands-on development tasks with minimal direction or oversight
Act as a key technical resource on project teams or independently deliver assigned tasks
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and identify ongoing support requirements
Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal teams, customers, contractors, and vendors
Take full accountability for assigned technical deliverables and solution quality
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, company policies, operating procedures, and regulatory standards
Perform additional related duties as required

Required Experience & Skills
Participation in multiple full-cycle SAP implementations
Strong experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA
Hands-on experience across SAP modules such as OTC, PTP, SCM, RTR
Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, GTS, SCM, and APO
Deep technical expertise in:
ABAP Classic Dialog Programming
Object-Oriented ABAP
Web Dynpro (Java/ABAP)
Data Dictionary, ALV, ALE, RFCs
OData Services, IDOCs, Proxies, Workflow
SmartForms, SAP Script, Adobe Forms
BDC / Call Transaction
BRF+, BADIs, User Exits
CDS Views, Fiori Apps
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently in complex environments

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP S/4HANA development technologies
Working knowledge of ABAP Workbench, Eclipse, SAP Business Application Studio (BAS)
Exposure to SAP UI5 and Java development
Experience working in enterprise or cross-functional business unit environments
