Overview
We are seeking a Senior Computer Systems Analyst / Scrum Master with 10+ years of relevant experience to support an expanding workforce at client location in Camarillo, CA.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAFe, Kanban, Agile, and Scrum, along with Scrum Master, SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), and Solution Training Engineer (STE) experience and certifications.

The position involves working directly with government personnel and program stakeholders to support program success, improve systems, and facilitate Agile and SAFe practices.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an interface and point of contact with Government program authorities, including Integrated Product Team (IPT) members, Software Support Activities (SSA), Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members, and Program Management Air (PMA) members.
  • Serve as Scrum Master and coach, guide, mentor, and instructor to ensure teams understand the Scrum framework, values, and practices.
  • Provide SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) and Solution Training Engineer (STE) courses of instruction to contractor employees and government civilians.
  • Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data-processing problems to implement and improve computer systems.
  • Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems.
  • Review computer system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limitations.
  • Analyze or recommend commercially available software as appropriate.
  • Review program plans for specific weapon systems, subsystems, equipment, or information technology systems.
  • Prepare technical data for inclusion in integrated logistics support plans.
  • Work at the customer site with government personnel to support overall program success.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and organizational-level stakeholders in both formal and informal settings.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a self-starter mindset.
  • Working knowledge and practical use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including:
    • MS Word
    • Excel
    • Access
    • PowerPoint
    • SharePoint
  • Scrum Master certification required.
  • SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification required.
  • Solution Training Engineer (STE) certification required.

Desired Experience

  • Knowledge of software development, testing, and integration is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile, SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum environments.
  • Experience supporting government or defense programs is preferred.

EDUCATION
Degree: Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Computer Science, Information Science, or a relevant technical discipline.

Allowable Substitution: An additional 4 years of relevant work experience, along with a bachelor’s degree, may be substituted for the master’s degree requirement.

CLEARANCE
Must possess and maintain an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
