Andersen is hiring a Project Manager in the USA for a project providing IT support for workplace infrastructure, ensuring stable operations, incident resolution, and hardware support.
The customer is a fast-growing international entertainment brand that blends interactive gaming, cutting-edge technology, and high-end hospitality to create a unique social experience. The project is focused on providing IT support services for workplace infrastructure and end-user environments. It includes incident resolution, hardware support, and ensuring stable day-to-day operations across distributed locations.
Responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary coordinator for special projects driven by executive leadership.
Communicating directly with C-suite stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Planning, coordinating, and executing logistics for conferences, trade shows, and corporate events.
Managing travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Coordinating shipment of products, displays, and trade show booth materials across the United States.
Overseeing setup and breakdown of large-scale conference displays and product showcases.
Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
Identifying risks, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.
Maintaining detailed documentation, schedules, and status updates.
Must-haves:
Experience in project management, operations, or executive support for 4+ years.
Strong understanding of U.S. logistics, travel coordination, and shipping processes.
Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with trade shows or event coordination is highly preferred.
Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
Nice to haves:
PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred but not required).
Experience with logistics vendors, shipping carriers, and event coordination tools.
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, etc.).
