AI & Analytics Pre-Sales Lead - Dallas or Austin, TX

We are hiring for an exciting AI & Analytics Pre-Sales Lead opportunity with Tavant.

Position: AI & Analytics Pre-Sales Lead
Location: Dallas, TX / Austin, TX (Onsite & Local)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Salary: $180K–$200K + Bonus + Standard Benefits
Experience: 15+ Years
Travel: Approximately 30%

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI & Analytics pre-sales engagements across Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) accounts.

• Drive client discovery, solution consulting, technical presentations, proposals, and deal strategy.

• Build hands-on demos, prototypes, and PoCs using Generative AI and Agentic AI.

• Advise client executives on AI adoption, data-platform modernization, and automation strategies.

• Lead RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture discussions, and executive-level presentations.

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and architecture teams to develop scalable AI solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting experience.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Document Intelligence.

• Data & Analytics platform solutioning experience.

• Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.

• BFSI domain experience is highly preferred.
