RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area preferred. This is a hybrid work environment.

Summary:
We are seeking a Product Manager to help build the next generation of digital experiences for a large, consumer-facing platform. This role will focus on shaping intuitive, high-impact user journeys that connect passionate users with unique items and expert services.

Working closely with Design, Engineering, Digital Commerce, and business stakeholders, you will lead the development of new features, refine existing experiences, and introduce innovative tools that drive engagement, conversion, and long-term participation. This position is ideal for a hands-on, creative, data-driven, user-centric Product Manager who enjoys identifying opportunities and turning them into measurable outcomes.

Specific focus areas may vary based on experience and team alignment, but responsibilities include:
* Owning and executing growth-oriented initiatives across web and mobile platforms to improve discovery, engagement, and participation
* Designing and optimizing low-friction inquiry and submission flows, converting user interest into high-value actions
* Leading data-driven experimentation to improve conversion, retention, and repeat usage
* Defining success metrics, measuring outcomes, and communicating insights to stakeholders and leadership

REQUIREMENTS:
* 4-8 years of Product Management experience, ideally within e-commerce, marketplaces, or consumer platforms
* Demonstrated interest in AI and emerging technologies, and how they can enhance user experiences
* Strong ability to frame problems, understand user behavior, and prioritize high-impact opportunities
* Commercial mindset with experience building business cases for product initiatives
* Excellent product judgment and an instinct for simple, elegant solutions
* Bias for action with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
* Comfort using data, experimentation, and metrics to guide decisions and accelerate learning
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Personal enthusiasm for niche interests, collectibles, or passion-driven communities is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
