Certified Project Manager with Health & Human Services Exp

Mandatory Qualification

• Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Project Manager
• Minimum 4 -7 years' experience as a PMO Project Manager and experience working in a PMO supporting Health and Human Services Eligibility system supporting at least one of the following domains: Medicaid, Public Assistance, SNAP, HEAP, or ChildCare with proven experience in data conversion and data modeling, Including working with Legacy systems, ETL teams, and validating data quality.

Additional Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 - 7 years of experience of managing a program Budget of a minimum of $100 million.
• 4 - 7 years of experience in active management of resource-loaded project schedules and resource assignments using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Online and VBA scripting.
• 1 5 years of experience in data governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
• 1-2 years of experience working with technical teams, data analyst, integration partners, and leading technical discussions
• 4 - 5 years' experience with Agile development and technical projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Current PMP or project management certification through Project Management Institute
