Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce MuleSoft Lead Developer with 6-10 years of IT experience, including strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Salesforce integration, API-led connectivity, and enterprise application integration. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, implementation, and support of integration solutions, ensuring scalable and secure APIs while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.

The candidate should possess strong technical leadership capabilities, hands-on development expertise, and experience delivering integration solutions in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Lead end-to-end integration projects involving Salesforce CRM and other enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain APIs using MuleSoft's API-led connectivity approach.
• Design reusable integration frameworks, templates, and common services.
• Implement RESTful and SOAP web services, microservices, and event-driven integrations.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and product owners to understand integration requirements.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Lead troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support activities.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and integration engineers.
• Manage deployments through CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Ensure API security, governance, monitoring, and compliance standards are met.
• Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to enterprise integration strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 6-10 years of overall IT experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Strong experience in: Mule 4 Anypoint Studio API Manager Runtime Manager Exchange DataWeave 2.0 CloudHub / CloudHub 2.0
• Experience integrating Salesforce with: SAP Oracle Workday ServiceNow Banking/ERP applications Third-party systems
• Strong understanding of: REST APIs SOAP Web Services JSON XML RAML OpenAPI Specifications
• Experience with Salesforce technologies: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Salesforce APIs Platform Events Bulk API Streaming API
• Knowledge of messaging technologies: Kafka JMS MQ Event-driven architectures
• Experience with databases: SQL Server Oracle MySQL PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with: Git Jenkins Azure DevOps GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines

Leadership Skills

• Experience leading and coordinating development teams.
• Ability to drive technical discussions and solution reviews.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience estimating effort and planning project deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD - Level 1/2).
• MuleSoft Platform Architect Certification.
• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of integration patterns, enterprise architecture, and security best practices.
