Location: Plano, TX (Day 1 Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced React UI Architect to design and lead the front-end architecture of modern web applications. The ideal candidate will drive UI development standards, mentor development teams, and build scalable, high-performance applications using React and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable UI architecture using React.js
• Develop and maintain complex React components and front-end modules
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines
• Conduct code reviews and mentor front-end developers
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and product teams
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience in Full Stack development with React-based frameworks
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Serverless architecture, NoSQL databases, Route53, CloudFront, and WAF
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture and design patterns
• Experience building scalable and high-performance web applications
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading UI teams or mentoring developers
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques
