About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Java Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java and modern front-end technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications for our clients in Montreal. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust back end microservices and responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development: Build scalable, secure, and maintainable end-to-end web applications using Java on the backend and Angular on the frontend.
API & Microservices: Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservice architectures.
Front-End Engineering: Create clean, responsive, and dynamic user interfaces leveraging Angular (2+), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, debug application issues, and ensure high standards for performance tuning and security.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and global Agile teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Innovation: Utilize modern tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development velocity.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 5 to 7+ years of professional software development experience.
Backend Expertise: Strong Core Java, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
Architecture: Solid understanding of Microservices, RESTful web services, and enterprise design patterns.
Frontend Expertise: Hands-on experience with Angular (2+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Databases: Working knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
Tools & Workflow: Proficiency with Git, build tools (Maven/Gradle), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
