UXUI Designer//Product Designer at Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days/week in office)

What we're looking for

We're looking for a designer with strong execution muscles and strong judgment.

• Are highly tactical and hands-on, while staying grounded in design theory and systems thinking
• Naturally bridge tactics and strategy, understanding how detailed design decisions shape long-term platform outcomes
• Operate with high autonomy, ownership, and accountability
• Demonstrate clear critical thinking and articulate design rationale (bonus if you do this effectively with non-designers)
• Think in systems and platforms, not just features
• Bring strong product sense, balancing user value, business needs, and operational realities
• Have excellent UI taste with a high bar for clarity, hierarchy, and polish
• Act as a thought partner, helping shape design standards, practices, and platform vision-not just delivering artifacts
