We are seeking to hire several Oracle Fusion Cloud Data Conversion Developers to join our team working on a multi-year award we have within a large Federal Gov’t agency in the Washington, DC area. This role is 100% remote.
Must be a US Cit to pass the security clearance required to work on this program.

Role Description:
As a Data Conversion Specialist, you will serve as data conversion expert across the Oracle Fusion Cloud suite to execute Oracle Fusion Cloud conversion across various modules. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing robust data strategies that ensure the integrity of information across various platforms. You will be tasked with enforcing governance policies, establishing protocols for data handling, and safeguarding sensitive information to meet regulatory and organizational standards. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing data usage, ensuring that all data processes align with best practices and compliance requirements.
In this position, you will benefit from hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Data Conversion & Management tools such as FBDI, HDL, and REST APIs (when FBDI and HDL cannot meet data conversion requirements). Exposure to advanced data conversion techniques, data quality rule design, and the of effective compliance policies will be essential. Success in this role will be supported by a background in managing large-scale data migrations, implementing data governance frameworks, and advising on data quality improvements. Familiarity with establishing and monitoring data protocols, as well as optimizing data flows within cloud environments, will further enhance your effectiveness in this dynamic and impactful position.
Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and implement data conversion solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules using FBDI, HDL, and REST API (when FBDI and HDL do not support data upload)
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data conversion requirements and map legacy data to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications
· Develop and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) FBDI and HDL processes
· Maintain the quality and compliance of organizational data assets
· Ensure data integrity and enforce governance policies across all data conversion processes
· Establish and document protocols for handling and safeguarding sensitive information
· Optimize data usage within the organization through effective data management practices
· Advise on and design data quality rules to ensure high standards of data accuracy
· Set up and monitor data compliance policies to meet organizational and regulatory requirements
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless data migration and integration activities
