For your OCM/OCE preparation, please focus on the following areas: | - SAP ECC to S/4HANA Transformation: Change impact assessment covering changes to the existing SAP environment, business processes, user roles, workflows, and ways of working resulting from the migration to S/4 HANA. How does SAP, being the central system of client, can impact the business teams and how can we make it a smooth transition.
- Business and Functional Workstreams: Prepare examples of OCM activities supporting Finance & Treasury, HR, and other enterprise functions. For each stream, consider stakeholder mapping, process and role impacts, training requirements, readiness assessments, and post-go-live adoption.
