Job Description:
>> Support customers API Management and AI Integration initiatives.
>> Design, develop, and manage enterprise API solutions using KONG Gateway and AI Gateway.
>> Implement AI Gateway policies for LLM routing, observability, security, governance, and token management.
>> Configure and manage API authentication, authorization, traffic control, and monitoring.
>> Develop integrations between enterprise applications and AILLM services.
>> Troubleshoot and resolve API performance, security, and scalability issues.
>> Collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams to deliver robust API solutions.
>> Implement CICD pipelines and automation for API deployments.
>> Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
Requirements:
>> Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in KONG API Gateway and KONG AI Gateway.
>> Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing API Management solutions.
>> Experience integrating AILLM platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar.
>> Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, API Lifecycle Management, and API Governance.
>> Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
>> Strong scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or Go.
