DOAS Project Coordinator

• The Project Coordinator will support cross-functional IT projects by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely execution of project tasks.
• The role involves assisting project managers with planning, documentation, reporting, and communication to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management or project coordination experience.
• Experience in managing project documentation and deliverables.
• Experience supporting IT or cross-functional project environments.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

• Experience scheduling meetings and documenting meeting minutes.
• Experience tracking project progress, risks, issues, and actions logs.
• Experience supporting requirement gathering and project scope documentation.
• Experience working with project managers and business stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining project status reporting and resource forecasting.
• Experience supporting project lifecycle activities including testing and rollout coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate cross-functional IT project activities.
• Schedule meetings and document meeting minutes.
• Track and monitor project documentation, tasks, and deliverables.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Support project managers in defining scope and high-level requirements.
• Assist in requirement gathering, design discussions, development coordination, testing, training, and rollout activities.
• Maintain project status updates and resource forecasts in reporting tools.
• Prepare status reports and communication materials including emails, presentations, and newsletters.
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions).
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and customers.
• Maintain effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
• Support lessons learned and retrospective documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Should Have:

• Experience with large-scale program implementation.
• Experience working in government or public sector environments.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Asana or similar project tracking tools.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor s degree preferred.
• Relevant project coordination or project management experience required.
