AI Transformation & Adoption Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI Transformation & Adoption Leader in Minneapolis, MN.

Summary:
The primary objective is to bring in a leader who can help accelerate AI adoption across the product area by driving both strategy and execution. This individual will help Scrum teams identify, implement, and scale AI capabilities that improve productivity, delivery velocity, and overall effectiveness. Rather than being a hands-on AI developer, this person would serve as a bridge between business objectives, engineering teams, and AI capabilities-guiding teams from ideation through implementation and adoption.

Key Focus Areas:
End-to-End AI Enablement:
* Identification of opportunities and use cases
* Requirements gathering and solution planning
* Development and testing considerations
* Deployment and operationalization
* Adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement

AI Adoption Within Scrum Teams:
* Assessing current-state AI usage
* Identifying gaps and opportunities
* Recommending practical use cases
* Driving adoption through coaching and execution support

Governance and Standardization:
* Operate within the Company's established AI governance, guardrails, and approved technology ecosystem while still providing solutions tailored to the unique needs of each Scrum team

Harness Engineering:
* The expectation is that this individual can help teams navigate the various phases of the AI adoption lifecycle and establish repeatable practices that can be scaled across the organization

Long-Term Outcome:
* The desired end state is to establish a structured, scalable approach to AI adoption that helps teams effectively leverage the bank's approved AI capabilities, resulting in measurable improvements in productivity, delivery velocity, and business outcomes over the next 12 months

REQUIREMENTS:
Desired Capabilities:
* AI strategy and transformation experience
* Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and frameworks
* Agile and Scrum delivery experience
* Technical credibility with engineering organizations
* Change management and organizational adoption expertise
* The ability to influence and drive execution across multiple teams

Initial Success Measures:
Within the first 90 days, a successful engagement would ideally deliver:
* An assessment of AI maturity across the Scrum teams
* A clear understanding of where each team is today
* Team-specific adoption recommendations
* A roadmap outlining next steps and priorities
* An actionable execution plan to move recommendations into practice

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
