Description
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders while leveraging advanced tools and techniques to optimize data processes.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage data pipelines and reporting systems to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor and visualize key metrics.
Utilize SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Create Python scripts to automate data workflows, perform analysis, and improve operational efficiency.
Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Conduct data quality assessments and establish validation protocols to ensure data reliability.
Document data processes, methodologies, and technical specifications for future reference.
Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
Expertise in SQL for data querying and manipulation, including advanced techniques such as joins, aggregations, and common table expressions.
Proficiency in Python programming for data analysis and automation.
Proven experience with Power BI, including report creation and data modeling.
Familiarity with data migration processes and data integration strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex datasets.
Exceptional communication abilities to convey findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
