Job Description:

Parker Hannifin requires enterprise-level support for a complex, multi-platform database environment to ensure stability, security, performance, and scalability across critical systems (Db2, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, IMS).

Apex Solution Apex delivers a managed services solution for database platforms, providing end-to-end operational support, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement to maintain high-performing and resilient data environments.

Scope of Work

24/7 incident response and ticket management, including on-call production support

Database administration (builds, upgrades, security, backups, recovery)

Performance monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting across platforms

Project-based work (migrations, cloud adoption, deployments)

Proactive operations (health checks, capacity planning, HA/DR management)

Delivery Model

Managed services team led by a Lead Database Consultant plus four Database Consultants

Scalable resourcing model aligned to demand fluctuations

Ongoing governance through monthly operational, compliance, and risk reporting
