Job Summary

The Account Executive will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and Solution Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers at prospective clients. The Account Executive will be focused on building a pipeline and closing net-new business within key verticals including manufacturing and distribution. You will work with an Infor ERP team with our subject matter consulting experts, presales / solutions consultants, and the fastest-growing, technology forward cloud ERP product in the world.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) and Visual ERP solutions
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue and quota targets
Effectively position and sell WM Synergy’s comprehensive service offerings alongside the most suitable ERP solution aligned with the client's objective
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience selling mid-market ERP platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and closing complex B2B transactions
Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and with minimal supervision
Skilled in influencing, negotiating, and resolving conflicts with prospective clients to align on shared objectives and drive agreement
Proficient in analyzing, interpreting, and communicating client business processes and technical requirements
Exceptional interpersonal and active listening skills; adept at building relationships and driving sales through consultative engagement
Additional Requirements
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% domestically within the United States
Industry experience strongly preferred in Oil & Gas, Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Machinery and Equipment, and Industrial Manufacturing sectors
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
