Summary

  • Support the resiliency workstream with detailed analysis of application recovery requirements and technical dependencies.
  • Assist in reviewing service criticality, recovery needs, and gaps between current capability and target resilience expectations.
  • Help document application recovery assumptions, support DR test preparation, and track follow-up actions from test results.
  • Contribute to the mapping of dependencies between platforms, infrastructure, and business services.
  • Support the preparation of materials, evidence, and inputs required for governance and design validation activities.
  • Work closely with the senior SME to validate technical information and maintain consistent documentation across the program.
  • Provide hands-on support to accelerate assessments and ensure the recovery strategy is properly supported by data and evidence.
  • High level of Spanish is required as this role will be in close contact with teams in MX
