Work Schedule:

  • Cary, NC
    • Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (EST)
    • After Training: Rotating schedule of 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and 11:00 AM–8:00 PM (EST)
  • Fort Worth, TX
    • Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (CST)
    • After Training: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (CST)

Work Arrangement:

  • Onsite for the first 6 months
  • Hybrid thereafter, based on performance and meeting productivity metrics
  • Candidates must live within one hour driving distance of the selected work location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical reviews of patient pharmacotherapy.
  • Counsel patients on medication therapy, administration, side effects, and adherence.
  • Verify prescriptions and ensure compliance with state, federal, and Board of Pharmacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide clinical oversight and support to the assigned patient care team.
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians and support pharmacy operations.
  • Participate in REMS programs and ensure proper documentation.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service.

Required Qualifications:

  • PharmD or graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
  • Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Texas, North Carolina, or Kentucky (license must be in good standing).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of post-graduate pharmacy experience in clinical pharmacy, patient counseling, and pharmacy operations.
  • At least 2–3 years of direct patient counseling experience.
  • BCOP certification preferred or willingness to obtain when eligible.
  • Knowledge of sterile technique and quality control.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
