Scope of Work
Device Group Hierarchy Re-implementation
- Re-design and re-implementation of device group hierarchy
- Eliminate redundant device groups
- Improve operational efficiency (target ~3x improvement)
Policy Analysis and Deduplication
- Expert analysis of existing firewall policies
- Policy deduplication across device groups
- Clear recommendations for policy simplification and optimization
Firewall Reduction
- Eliminate specific firewalls where feasible
- Coordinate closely with site GIS and IT teams
- Some weekend work may be required
Hardware Refresh
- Replace end-of-life PA-220 systems

- This engagement is expected to be lengthy and complex, requiring advanced, hands-on knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls
