Introduction:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Glendale, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions across various environments. This role requires expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
- Develop LLM-powered copilots, intelligent recommendations, and natural-language interfaces
- Implement RAG and vector-search solutions
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise software products
- Design production inference and deployment architectures
- Monitor and improve model performance and reliability
- Evaluate and implement AI-assisted software engineering tools
- Establish AI engineering standards and best practices
- Mentor engineers and support enterprise AI adoption
Requirements:
