Access Control Technician

Position Overview

A leading commercial security provider is experiencing significant growth in the Little Rock market and is seeking skilled Security Systems Technicians to support ongoing and upcoming projects. This team is consistently winning new work and is open to adding strong technicians who can prove themselves as reliable, long-term resources.
This role focuses primarily on the installation, setup, and programming of access control systems and IP camera solutions in commercial environments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Travel to customer job sites and meet with clients to confirm project scope and system details
• Run all required cabling for security systems
• Install, configure, and program access control systems and IP camera systems
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication with customers and internal teams
• Manage projects ranging from single-day installs to multi-week or multi-month projects

Required Skills

• Commercial security system installation
• Access control system installation
• CCTV / IP camera installation
• Low-voltage cabling
• Alarm system installation and troubleshooting
• Electrical and system troubleshooting experience

Qualifications

• Intermediate-level experience in commercial security installations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and customer-facing professionalism

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
