About the Shop
The shop is seeking experienced A- and B-Level Automotive Technicians in Fallbrook, CA. Work Monday?Friday with no weekends in a clean, professional 8-bay facility with consistent hours, strong pay, and a team-oriented environment.The vehicle mix is approximately 70% Asian and Domestic, 20% European, and 10% Diesel.
Technician Levels
B-Level Technician | $35?$40/HR
- 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Brakes, suspension, maintenance, and light engine repair.
- Developing diagnostic skills with a desire to advance.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent.
A-Level Technician | $45?$60/HR
- 7+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.
- Timing chains, cylinder heads, drivability, and complex repairs.
- Able to consistently flag 35?45+ hours per week.
Qualifications
- Professional automotive repair experience appropriate to the technician level.
- Clear communication and attention to quality.
- Reliable and consistent work habits.
- Ability to contribute positively within a team environment.
