  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business analysis, project management roles.
  • Proven experience in managing business analyst and QA teams, as well as leading cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote) and Confluence.
  • Experienced in process mapping tools such as Blue Works Live and Visio.
  • Familiarity with issue and project tracking tools such as JIRA and Agile Craft.
  • Data analysis skills with tools such as WinSQL.
  • Demonstrated leadership in developing and managing teams and vendor relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, CBAP, ISTQB) are advantageous.
