Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Release Manager / DevOps Release Engineer to manage end-to-end application releases, deployments, and production support across multiple environments. The role will focus on CI/CD, release coordination, change management, deployment automation, and operational governance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, schedule, and coordinate application releases across environments.
· Manage deployment, validation, rollback, and production readiness activities.
· Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
· Coordinate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams.
· Support change management, CAB approvals, release documentation, and governance.
· Perform production validation, smoke testing, monitoring, and incident triage.
· Automate deployment and operational tasks using scripting.
· Maintain release calendars, runbooks, deployment guides, and knowledge articles.
· Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
· Ensure compliance with operational procedures, security, audit, and governance standards.
Must-Have Skills:
· 8+ years in Release Management / DevOps / Deployment Engineering.
· Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, GitHub/GitLab.
· CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance.
· ITIL & Change Management experience.
· Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform cloud experience.
· PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
· Production deployment, troubleshooting, and incident management.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management.
