Application Management Services (AMS) programs consultant

Role: AMS Leader
Experience: 15 25 years

Location: Preferably New York / New Jersey (open to strong local or nearby candidates)
Domain Preference: Insurance

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience setting up, scaling, and driving large Application Management Services (AMS) programs
• Strong background in end-to-end AMS operations, including transition, governance, service delivery, and continuous improvement
• Prior leadership experience managing large, distributed teams and complex client environments
• Deep understanding of insurance systems and processes is highly preferred
• Ability to own P&L, cost optimization, and operational efficiency for AMS engagements
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
