Are you a visionary SAP Solutions Architect with a passion for transforming complex business challenges into innovative technical solutions? We are on the lookout for an accomplished professional who combines deep technical expertise with comprehensive functional knowledge across core SAP modules. In this pivotal role, you'll lead and support enterprise-scale SAP initiatives, bridging the gap between architecture and business needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and functional leadership in SAP solution architecture, spanning FICO, BPC, BW, and other related modules.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate functional needs into scalable technical solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
- Lead and oversee SAP design, configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise applications.
- Deliver solution roadmaps, technical design documents, and best practices for SAP implementation and optimization.
- Support system migrations, upgrades, and performance tuning across SAP landscapes.
- Collaborate with developers, basis teams, and business analysts to resolve technical and functional issues.
- Ensure SAP solutions adhere to compliance, security, and governance standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advising leadership on SAP capabilities and emerging technologies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members as the SAP practice expands.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP architecture, development, and solution delivery.
- Strong technical expertise in SAP FICO, BPC, and working knowledge of BW, with proven ability to design and configure complex solutions.
- Solid functional understanding of finance and accounting workflows, reporting structures, and consolidation processes.
- Hands-on experience integrating SAP with enterprise applications and data platforms.
- Proven track record in SAP solution design, governance, and implementation across large enterprise environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across business and IT teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with broader SAP modules beyond FICO, BPC, and BW.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migrations or implementations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and SAP cloud-based solutions.
- Prior experience in automotive, manufacturing, or finance domains is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
