Job Description:
Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr
  • The Microsoft Viva Glint SME will lead the enterprise listening strategy and oversee the implementation, governance, and optimization of Viva Glint programs.
  • This role is responsible for survey design, data integrations, insights delivery, stakeholder enablement, and operational excellence.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience with employee engagement platforms, HR systems integration, analytics, and change management within enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Define enterprise listening strategy including census, pulse, and lifecycle surveys aligned to engagement and retention goals.
  • Establish governance for survey cadence, eligibility rules, anonymity thresholds, confidentiality, and data access.
  • Develop program playbooks, standards, SLAs, stakeholder communications, and change management plans.
  • Configure Viva Glint programs including audiences, schedules, notifications, question libraries, translations, and manager dashboards.
  • Partner with People Analytics teams to design valid and reliable survey instruments and benchmarks.
  • Manage end-to-end survey cycles including launch readiness, response monitoring, and timely closure.
  • Maintain Entra ID group mapping and HRIS data feeds to ensure accurate hierarchy and manager rollups.
  • Own integrations across HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM, along with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft 365, and related tools.
  • Manage data pipelines, eligibility rules, demographics, hierarchies, encryption keys, and retention policies in partnership with security teams.
  • Build executive and manager dashboards and automate distribution with proper access controls.
  • Deliver executive-ready insights including heatmaps, key drivers, cohort analysis, and longitudinal trends.
  • Facilitate manager enablement sessions, action planning workshops, and track follow-through on commitments.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence to align insights with leadership development, recognition, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Establish closed-loop feedback mechanisms to measure impact and ROI.
  • Develop communications, learning journeys, and champion networks to drive participation and adoption.
  • Provide executive-level support during survey cycles and results readouts.
  • Administer licenses, environments, roles, permissions, and release management.
  • Maintain operational runbooks and lead root cause analysis for incidents, access issues, or data synchronization failures.
  • Track vendor roadmap updates and evaluate new Viva and Glint features for potential adoption.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Viva Glint implementation and administration.
  • Experience defining enterprise survey governance and listening strategies.
  • Expertise in HRIS integrations and identity management systems.
  • Strong data analytics and dashboard development experience.
  • Experience managing data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance controls.
  • Ability to lead change management and adoption initiatives across large organizations.

Qualification And Education:
