In this strategic leadership role, you will define and drive the architecture vision for next-generation AI-powered claims platforms and intelligent automation solutions. You will play a key role in shaping scalable, cloud-native ecosystems that support agentic AI, advanced analytics, automation, and enterprise-wide modernization initiatives.

What will your day look like? As an Enterprise Architect, you will:
• Lead the design and evolution of scalable, cloud-native platforms that enable AI-powered automation, intelligent workflows, and enterprise reporting capabilities
• Define architectural standards, reusable patterns, and governance frameworks that support consistent implementation of agentic AI solutions across the organization
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to align initiatives with strategic technology roadmaps, AI governance policies, and established reference architectures
• Establish and communicate a clear architectural vision, guiding strategic technology decisions, modernization efforts, and investment priorities
• Design platform capabilities that support the full lifecycle of AI-driven systems, including deployment, monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement
• Partner with AI/ML and data science teams to develop scalable integration patterns for machine learning models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), decision intelligence, and responsible AI practices
• Advocate for AI-first engineering principles, including automation, observability, human oversight, and risk mitigation
• Provide architectural leadership for large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business objectives
• Drive architecture governance activities, including solution reviews, technical assessments, dependency management, and risk evaluation
• Work closely with platform engineering, reliability, and security teams to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and business continuity
• Identify opportunities to improve platform efficiency, reliability, developer productivity, and cost optimization
• Evaluate emerging technologies and lead innovation initiatives to determine their applicability to AI and intelligent automation programs
• Mentor architects and engineering leaders, fostering technical excellence and advancing AI-related architectural capabilities across teams
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, providing guidance on strategic initiatives, platform investments, and digital transformation efforts
• Present architectural strategies, solution recommendations, and technology trade-offs to executive and senior leadership stakeholders
You will be a good fit for the Enterprise Architect role if you have:
• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or platform architecture roles
• Proven success designing and implementing scalable cloud-native solutions within AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML architecture patterns, intelligent automation frameworks, and modern software engineering practices
• Experience establishing architecture standards, governance processes, and enterprise-wide technology strategies
• Deep understanding of API-led, integration, data, and event-driven architecture patterns
• Expertise designing highly available, observable, secure, and resilient enterprise platforms
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into technology architecture, implementation plans, and modernization roadmaps
• Experience working across multiple business units and influencing diverse stakeholder groups
• Exceptional communication, leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience designing and implementing agentic AI or multi-agent systems
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI governance frameworks
• Experience leading large-scale cloud modernization or digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with DevOps, platform engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
• Experience within the insurance, claims, financial services, or other highly regulated industries
