Description
As a Software Development Engineer I on this team, you will be working on Test automation frameworks and ML evaluation solutions maintenance and development.
This position requires someone comfortable will all aspects of the software development lifecycle, that thrives in a dynamic cross-functional organization, is not afraid to debate ideas openly, and is flexible enough to pivot on constantly evolving requirements.
Top Skills:
3+ Years of professional experience in Software development
Expertise in Python programming for automation, testing, and data processing
Familiarity with ML fundamentals, including model evaluation, datasets, and performance metrics
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Manual/Automated testing practices
Strong knowledge of data pipelines and validation process
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of professional work experience as a SDE, SDET, or QAE
Experience of developing and enhancing automation frameworks or data pipelines, including local and cloud environment
Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline and supporting continuous improvement efforts with various products deployment
Experience with distributed version control systems a must (Git preferred)
Solid understanding of ML fundamentals and lifecycle
Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
Preferred Requirements:
Practical experience in ML model evaluation, dataset creation, data analytics, and metrics reporting
Previous development experience on front end and/or dashboard is preferred
Able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Self-starter with innovation, integrity, strong work ethic and attention to detail, eager to stay on top of the latest technologies and innovate
Able to clearly explain technical issues, justify technical decisions, and write technical specification documents
Excellent trouble-shooting and debugging skills
Multi-lingual capability, specifically as native speaker, is a plus to the role
Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
