Job Title: Epic Analyst Beacon
Position Type: Contract
Duration: Through July (project-based; may extend or conclude earlier depending on 2nd wave go-live)
Location: 100% Remote (Must be able to work East Coast hours) & willing to travel occasionally
Equipment: Consultant must use their own equipment

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Epic Analyst Beacon to support oncology workflows within the Epic Beacon module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on build experience, a strong understanding of clinical workflows, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and operational stakeholders.

Important: Must hold an active Epic Beacon Certification (certification must include dates).

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support patient workflows within the Epic Beacon module
• Lead and participate in system build, configuration, and enhancements
• Support optimization initiatives to improve oncology workflows and system performance
• Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with clinical teams
• Provide go-live and post-go-live support as needed
• Maintain documentation for system build, workflows, and configuration changes
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Active Epic Beacon Certification (required certification must include completion dates)
• Hands-on Epic Beacon build experience
• Experience implementing and supporting oncology workflows
• Healthcare industry experience required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Experience with system testing, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
