• Solid understanding of end-to-end 5G and LTE network architecture.
• Strong knowledge of 4G LTE and 5G NR air-interface technologies, call processing, and network architecture, with a particular focus on the Radio Access Network (RAN).
• Familiarity with 3GPP specifications, modem log analysis, and wireless network interoperability testing.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Execute 5G NR Standalone (SA) interoperability (IOT) test plans on Samsung devices with Ericsson (E///) and Nokia RAN equipment.
• Perform first-level analysis of test failures and identify potential root causes.
• Analyse 5G SA 3GPP specifications, new feature requirements, and carrier-defined interoperability test plans.
• Analyse 5G NR modem logs using Qualcomm (QCOM), Samsung Shannon, and MediaTek (MTK) diagnostic tools to investigate failures and network-related issues.
• Identify, document, and report issues discovered during the testing process.
• Raise Problem Log Management (PLM) tickets for identified issues, track their progress, and validate fixes through retesting.
• Prepare and share test execution status reports, including test results, failures, issues, and progress updates.
• Collaborate with device, modem, and RAN teams to troubleshoot interoperability issues and ensure compliance with carrier requirements and 3GPP specifications.
