1-2 years experience working on Retell AI platform having implemented voice agents in production in a contact center environment.
Should also have Agentic AI experience.
Experience integrating retell with VOIP call center technologies like Vonage, Twilio is needed.
2 to 3 years experience working on AWS platform, integration experience with AWS services such as API gateway, webservices, lambda, python, cdk, eventbridge, bedrock is required.
Database experience with Aurora MySQL desired.
Must be a critical thinker and have a go getter attitude.
