Title: Service Desk Analyst/Help Desk Analyst
Type (Contract, C2H, Perm): Contract 12 months
Location: Tuesday and every second Friday (total 5x per month)- Toronto, ON- Hybrid
Shift/Core Hours: 37.5 Hours
Compensation: $22/hour
Interview Process: One round In-person
Must Haves:
- Previous experience working in a Service Desk, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support environment
- Basic understanding of IT support and troubleshooting principles
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows/computer issues and supporting MS 365 applications
- Working knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience troubleshooting Citrix VPN or similar remote-access technologies
- Experience supporting MS Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Experience supporting Windows in a business/corporate environment
- Familiarity with SharePoint
- Experience troubleshooting common computer, laptop, and printer issues
- Strong communication skills
