Role: Glean AI Developer / Engineer
Contract: 6 Months
Location: Remote
Experience: 5–10 years overall; 2–4+ years in GenAI/AI engineering, with strong hands-on Glean experience
Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Glean AI Developer/Engineer to design, build, integrate, test and deploy enterprise AI solutions using the Glean platform.
The engineer will work closely with the Glean AI Architect, business analysts, enterprise application teams, and client stakeholders to implement Glean agents, AI applications, enterprise search, RAG solutions, connectors, APIs, actions and workflow automations.
The role requires strong software engineering skills combined with practical experience building enterprise GenAI and agentic solutions.
Required Skills
Must Have
• Hands-on development experience with Glean AI.
• Experience building Glean Agents / Apps / AI workflows.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript development.
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with GenAI/LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience with RAG and enterprise search.
• Understanding of APIs, OAuth, JSON and web services.
• Experience integrating SaaS/enterprise applications.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD and modern software engineering practices.
Preferred Skills
• Glean Search, Chat and Agents APIs.
• Glean Indexing SDK / connector development.
• Glean Actions.
• MCP / Model Context Protocol.
• LangChain / LangGraph.
• OpenAI / Azure OpenAI.
• AWS Bedrock / Google Vertex AI.
• Vector databases and RAG architectures.
• Agent evaluation and observability.
• ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Slack, GitHub or Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Cloud development experience in Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience building production enterprise AI agents.
