Role Summary
This position entails leading and managing multiple large-scale technology programs within a dynamic organization. The role requires strategic oversight, team leadership, and expertise in IT project management, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The successful candidate will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, apply Lean and Agile methodologies, and ensure continuous improvement and optimal project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multiple large-scale technology programs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Facilitate solution-oriented meetings, communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Implement and oversee change management processes to meet project objectives.
Apply Lean and Agile principles to enhance delivery efficiency and promote continuous improvement.
Mentor and develop project management team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful project execution.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects and programs.
Extensive leadership experience, overseeing multiple teams and large-scale initiatives.
Certification such as PMP or PMI-ACP is preferred.
Proven expertise in Lean and Agile methodologies.
Strong communication, facilitation, and solution-focused skills.
Experience with modern project management tools such as GitHub Projects and familiarity with LLMs is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively across teams.

Publishing Pay Range: $60.00 - $70.00 hourly

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
