  • Support the preparation and review of transfer pricing calculations for compliance, forecasting, dispute resolution proceeding and reporting.
  • Development and review of global transfer pricing compliance, including local files, master file, benchmarking studies and modeling with the assistance of outside service providers.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing and/or international tax with a Big Four accounting or consulting firm, law firm, in-house at a large multinational.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent. An advanced degree or professional qualification (e.g., MBA, Master's in Taxation, CPA, ACA/ACCA, or J.D.) is preferred.
  • Practical technical knowledge of economic transfer pricing principles, U.S. transfer pricing regulations, and the OECD Guidelines.
  • Proven ability to identify and solve complex transfer pricing and cross-border tax issues.
  • Experience with audits, APAs, or MAP is preferred.
