8	Required	Experience managing and monitoring capital budgets and capital project expenditures
8	Required	Experience with CAPPS, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or a similar enterprise resource planning system
8	Required	Legislative appropriations and budget planning experience
8	Required	State Budget Experience
8	Required	Experience with Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and Reports
8	Required	Experience with Microsoft Access Databases, Queries and Reports
8	Preferred	TCAPPS Experience
1	Preferred	CTCM Certification
