Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead recurring SME meetings through agenda development, facilitation, time management, decision tracking, and follow-up coordination.
- Capture and maintain meeting notes, action items, decisions, risks, open questions, and dependencies across internal, client, and SME stakeholders.
- Translate research, experiments, prototypes, analyses, and technical findings into SME-ready summaries, presentations, discussion materials, and decision logs.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
2+ years of experience supporting program development and deliverables, including coordination or leadership of SMEs, stakeholders, workstreams, or cross-functional teams in project or consulting environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of risk adjustment and experience synthesizing technical or analytical findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Master’s degree preferred in Public Health, Public Policy, or a related field, with strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
