Title: Epic Beaker CP Application Coordinator
Location: Remote (up to 10% travel)
Duration: 18-Month Contract
Pay Range: $80 - $90 Per hour
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Epic Beaker CP Application Coordinator to support laboratory system configuration, implementation, and enterprise-wide workflow alignment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on builder expertise and experience participating in at least one large, complex hospital-system rollout.
Responsibilities
Perform hands-on Epic Beaker CP build, configuration, and testing.
Lead requirements-gathering and design sessions with laboratory stakeholders.
Translate laboratory workflows into system configurations.
Collaborate with physicians, laboratory teams, and project stakeholders to align with enterprise standards.
Independently manage assigned build activities and communicate configuration decisions effectively.
Required Qualifications
Active Epic Beaker CP certification.
Hands-on Beaker CP build and implementation experience.
Participation in at least one large, complex hospital-system rollout.
Strong requirements-gathering, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Epic Beaker AP certification.
Laboratory operations or lab technician experience.
Data Innovations (DI), Epic Bridges, or Ambulatory Orders experience.
Microbiology expertise.
