MUST HAVES:
1. Advanced Salesforce Development Expertise
Deep proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
Ability to build custom apps, integrations, automations, and reusable components
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data model, security model, and governor limits
2. Integration & Data Management Mastery
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, ETL tools
Ability to design and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data quality and integrity
Knowledge of SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, and SQL/Oracle
3. Leadership & Solution Design Capability
Experience leading or collaborating with solution integrators
Ability to conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers
Strong communication skills to work with cross functional teams and present to clients
4. Proven Experience & Certifications
5+ years Salesforce development experience, with 2+ years in a senior/lead role
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Salesforce Platform Developer II required; Application Architect preferred
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Years’ Experience, Certificates):
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least two years in a lead or senior role.
Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect (preferred)
