Job Description

**This position is contingent upon contract award**

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) Lead to support a DHS enterprise cybersecurity program providing 247 Security Operations Center (SOC) services. These roles deliver leadership, operational oversight, and technical expertise across cyber defense, incident response, intelligence, engineering, and modernization activities.

Job Description

Leads RMF and continuous monitoring activities; ensures systems maintain authorization posture and comply with DHS and CBP security requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage RMF lifecycle activities including ATO support, POA&M tracking, and continuous monitoring.
  • Coordinate with system owners, engineers, and cybersecurity teams to maintain compliant security posture.
  • Develop and maintain security documentation, SSPs, and assessment artifacts.
  • Support change control and configuration reviews impacting system authorization.
  • Provide compliance reporting and audit support to CBP stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years supporting RMF, ATO, and continuous monitoring in federal environments.
  • Tools: eMASS or equivalent, vulnerability scanners, POA&M tracking tools, and security compliance platforms.
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CEH certification required.
  • Clearance: Secret (TS-eligible).


Additional Information

Work Environment
  • Work hybrid/on-site as required.
  • Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in CONUS locations.
  • Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 - 1700.
  • May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
