What You'll Do - Architect AI-powered knowledge solutions based on the eGain AI Knowledge Method
- Integrate eGain AI Knowledge Hub with other systems in the enterprise
- Lead technical workshops and discovery sessions with customer stakeholders
What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier university
- 3 to 5 years as a Solutions Architect implementing enterprise solutions for large organizations
- Proven experience deploying and optimizing AI applications in production enterprise environments
- The ability to lead technical workshops, translate business requirements into architecture, and earn trust from both IT teams and business stakeholders
