Job Title: RPA UiPath Architect with Agentic AI

Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities:

·  Define the end-to-end automation architecture across UiPath platforms, ensuring scalability, resilience, and alignment with enterprise standards.

·      Architect migration of UiPath automations to Power Platform.

·  Establish reusable component libraries, design patterns, and automation frameworks that accelerate delivery and enforce coding standards.

·   Serve as the technical lead and senior reviewer across automation development teams — conducting architecture reviews, code reviews, and design walkthroughs.

·    Define and enforce platform governance standards: naming conventions, exception handling, logging, security controls, and change management processes.

Required Skills:

· 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years in RPA and intelligent automation delivery

·    5+ years of hands-on architecture experience with UiPath

·    3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate

· 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including designing multi-turn conversational agents and integrating with Power Platform and external APIs. 

Required Education:  At least a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
