Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret detailed business and functional requirements from PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and FSDs (Functional Specification Documents)
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-quality software solutions
  • Develop, review, and maintain clean, efficient, and reliable code following coding standards and best practices
  • Actively participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of issues
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues
  • Continuously enhance technical expertise by staying current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years of proven experience in building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using Java technologies
  • 5+ years of strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and software development, best practices, with a passion for hands-on coding
  • 5+ years of experience with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with strong foundations in Data Structures, Algorithms, and complexity analysis
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Framework components, including MVC, IoC (Inversion of Control), and AOP (Aspect-Oriented Programming), along with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate
  • 3+ years of proficiency in SQL, preferably experience working with Oracle Database
  • 3+ years of strong expertise in creating high-level and low-level design documents, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions
  • 1+ years of experience in working on AI technologies like: Generative AI, Github Copilot, Prompt Engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of US healthcare domain
  • Experience in developing software products
  • Experience in BRMS (Business Rule Management Systems) tools and technologies, especially with authoring rules in DMN (Decision Model and Notation)
  • Exposure to AWS cloud and ReactJS

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
