Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite/Hybrid)

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with expertise in C#/.NET and React to support strategic initiatives within the Finance Treasury organization.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while driving improvements in application quality, test automation, observability, and vulnerability management.
  • In addition to hands-on development responsibilities, this role will serve as the onsite technical lead, coordinating with business stakeholders, architects, and offshore development teams to ensure successful delivery of Treasury technology initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, Web API, React, TypeScript, and related technologies.
  • Build scalable, secure, and high-performing APIs and user interfaces supporting Treasury business processes.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technology roadmaps.

Quality Engineering & Test Coverage

  • Drive initiatives to increase automated test coverage across applications.
  • Implement and maintain unit, integration, API, and UI automation tests.
  • Establish quality gates within CI/CD pipelines to improve software reliability.
  • Analyze code quality metrics and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
  • Observability & Vulnerability Management
  • Enhance application observability through structured logging, monitoring, alerting, and distributed tracing.
  • Implement and optimize monitoring solutions to improve production support and incident response.
  • Collaborate with security and platform teams to identify, prioritize, and remediate application vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and support vulnerability management initiatives.
  • Proactively address technical debt and improve overall application health.
  • Team Leadership & Delivery Management
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to offshore development teams.
  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities of offshore resources, ensuring alignment with project priorities and timelines.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and promote engineering best practices.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and release activities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Minneapolis-based stakeholders and offshore teams.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET, Web API, and Microservices.
  • Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and improving code coverage.
  • Strong understanding of observability tools, logging frameworks, monitoring, and application performance management.
  • Experience supporting vulnerability remediation and secure software development practices.
  • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading distributed onsite-offshore teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within Treasury, Banking, Payments, or Capital Markets domains.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with SonarQube, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices and enterprise risk controls.
