Scrum Master

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master in Hopkins, MN.

Summary:
The Scrum Master will lead engineering teams in the rapid onboarding and adoption of enterprise automation standards, driving high-velocity execution, same-day sprint capabilities, and scalable rollout across multiple teams. This role is critical to accelerating automation maturity, improving operational efficiency, and reducing time to remediation and deployment.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years as a Scrum Master/Agile Lead in engineering environments

Demonstrated success in:
* High-speed Agile delivery models (same-day or rapid sprints)
* Scaling practices across multiple teams simultaneously

* Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation
* Proven ability to lead large-scale onboarding or transformation initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
